Moi therapy Thermo is a great for massaging tight and sore muscles such as shoulders, arms, back, legs, calves, feet.  It can be used for pre workout or post workout recovery, promoting relaxation, alleviating muscle stress, release of tight muscles or knots and trigger point therapy.

Portable, compact and easy to use, simply roll Thermo back and forth across the affected area to provide localised muscle massage.  Thermo can also be used to deliver cold therapy by adding water and placing in the freezer until frozen. Heat therapy can also be introduced by adding heat packs to deliver heat relief, reduce tightness and accelerate recovery.
