PREPARE

Pour 125ml into a shaker with ice. Shake for around 20-30 seconds until the shaker is cold to touch. 

SERVE

Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass using a strainer so no ice gets through. 

GARNISH/DECORATE

Decorate the cocktail in the traditional way with a half a passion fruit floated on top. Simple yet effective.
