Personalisation and Branding
Feature a custom message or logo on the biscuit for a £15 fee on the total order. (e.g. if ordering multiple biscuits, the £15 custom stamp fee will only be charged once).
For a custom colour or shape, speak to your Needi account manager to arrange.
Each biscuit box comes with a postcard featuring your personal message and/or printed logo on the reverse side (free of charge). Choose our standard 'Ooh what have we here?' design or feature your custom branded artwork on a postcard for a £15 fee*.
Ordering & Delivery
Biscuits are made fresh-to-order so will be dispatched within 2 working days of your order via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (unless custom branded options are selected). To request a specific delivery date, please get in touch with your Needi account manager.
Large, multi-recipient mailers
Looking to make a large order to multiple recipients? Speak to your Needi account manager to arrange this hassle-free.
*The £15 custom artwork fee allows covers 50 bespoke postcards. For mailers above 50 recipients, another £15 fee will be required for additional custom postcards. Your custom postcards can be used all at one time or CakeDrop can store them for use in your ad hoc, ongoing orders on request.
