Pick a perfect spot, maybe where you first met or their favourite thinking spot.  Once you have the location grab a picnic blanket (some towels or an old duvet cover will do if you dont have one) pack some sandwiches and drinks and surprise your loved one with a picnic on a sunny day - simple but effective and can be easily adapted to make a celebration by throwing in some champers!
