Each one truly is a piece of art. Intricate and stunning wall hanging or ornamental baskets made by Nomathemba's mother in the Eastern Cape. Once made they are taken to the township in Cape Town where Nomathemba and her sister live. They earn money to feed their families by sitting in a layby all day where they add the beautiful beading detail before selling the finished baskets. They are all a slightly different size.
