12 months validity from the date the card is issued.

The card holds a fixed value at purchase time and cannot be topped up.

If the chosen experience costs more than the card value, the recipient must pay the difference.

If the chosen experience costs less than the card value, the remaining amount is held as credit (non-refundable) until the end of the validity period.

Extensions are available (up to two times) for an additional fee before the original expiry, but once fully used the card cannot be reused or refunded.

The card must be redeemed and the experience booked within the validity period; it cannot be used after expiry unless extended.
